# The Breakup

## Breakup with Discord 💔

<figure><img src="/files/dD4OLbA2QR2ObsGMTMG2" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

After the recent monetization update on Discord, we are forced to implement their own payment gateway integration into Openjourney, but due to the larger platform cut they keep, it isn't feasible for a small group like us. So after many internal discussions at Openjourney HQ, we've decided to part ways with Discord and make our own platform for you all to enjoy as a community. <mark style="color:purple;">After the v2.0 update, Openjourney Discord bot will no longer receive any updates besides security patches.</mark> Certain features on our discord bot will be limited and all tools will be implemented into our web app. You can access all our tools on our web app starting <mark style="color:purple;">**January 1st, 2025.**</mark> We'll see you there!

# Credit System

Full explanation of our credit system to generate images

### What are Bits?

<div align="left"><figure><img src="/files/tVGpdeLvCo6otgIIBGEB" alt="" width="128"><figcaption></figcaption></figure></div>

> Bits are our platform currency to generate images on our platform. Every registered user get **100 Bits** for free every month to generate images. Now let's see how our system charges the bits and how you can earn them by various methods.

{% hint style="info" %}
Bits don't hold any actual monetary value outside of our platform.
{% endhint %}

### There are 2 types of Bits

<img src="https://files.gitbook.com/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FcDp6mGsMT74tvCEY0AJO%2Fuploads%2Fhl6kHmKEkeSqC2utsAoj%2Fbits.png?alt=media&#x26;token=99dc89b3-94f0-46c8-a8b7-d205cf9c4c7c" alt="" data-size="line"> **Normal Bits**

> **Normal Bits** are the default token to generate images, and every user gets **100 Bits** for free each month to continue using our service. Obtainable via support server **Giveaways**, **Openjourney Gift cards**, and by **Purchasing** them. Normal bits get reset at the end of each month

<img src="https://i.imgur.com/FA2SlS9.png" alt="" data-size="line"> **Premium Bits**

> **Premium Bits** are the special tokens that are only obtainable via **Patreon memberships**, **Premium Openjourney Gift Cards**, or Support Server **Giveaways**. What's special about Premium Bits is that they don't get reset every month. You can save them on your account and use them whenever you like.

# Openjourney Pricing

Here we go into in-depth details about our pricing plans and how they effect our free users and premium users on our platform.

However as you may realize, when our platform started to get expand further more, it became more and more expensive to host and maintain. So that's why we introduced Premium plans to Openjourney.

# Lora

Lora is an abbreviation for Low-Rank Adaptation. It enables users to swiftly fine-tune diffusion models using low-rank adaptation technology

<figure><img src="/files/XnJpcF71RsOhhlCGkCiq" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

LoRAs (Low-Rank Adaptations) are smaller files (anywhere from 1MB \~ 200MB) that you combine with an existing [Stable Diffusion checkpoint models](https://aituts.com/models/) to **introduce new concepts** **to your models**, so that your model can generate these concepts.

These new concepts generally fall under 1 of 2 categories: **subjects** or **styles**.

Subjects can be anything from fictional characters to real-life people, facial expressions, poses, props, objects & environments.

Styles include [visual aesthetics](https://aesthetics.fandom.com/wiki/List_of_Aesthetics), art styles, and artist styles.

{% hint style="info" %}
Note that these LoRAs only compatible with SD1 and SDXL models only.
{% endhint %}

### Available SD 1.X LoRAs

* 0mib3\_v10
* 3DMM\_V12
* age\_slider\_v20

* zoom\_slider\_v1

### Available SDXL LoRAs

* 3lectronics\_v10
* blu3print\_v10
* c0nst3llation\_v10
* cyborg\_style\_xl-v10
* LogoRedmond\_v10
* ParchartXL-v12

* v0ng44g\_p14nt1ng\_v10
* w00len\_2500\_v10
* xl\_more\_art-full\_v1

### How To Use Them?

Simple! Just add the LoRA along with your prompt. Here is a little breakdown that describes how LoRAs work and how to use them properly.

<mark style="color:blue;">**`<lora:`**</mark><mark style="color:green;">**`LORA-FILENAME`**</mark><mark style="color:blue;">**`:`**</mark><mark style="color:orange;">**`WEIGHT`**</mark><mark style="color:blue;">**`>`**</mark>

* <mark style="color:green;">**`LORA-FILENAME`**</mark> is the filename of the LoRA model mentioned above this article. Copy paste the file name of the LoRA that you want and continue
* <mark style="color:orange;">**`WEIGHT`**</mark> is how strong you want the LoRA to be. The range is 0-1; 0 is the same as deactivating the LoRA, 1 is maximum strength. With many LoRAs, a weight of `1` can be overpowering to the point of creating poor results, so experiment with lower values like `0.5` to `0.8`

> **Here is an Example:** `<lora:more_details_v10:0.2>`

{% hint style="info" %}
(Detail Tweaker is a little special. It goes in 2 directions, and accepts anything between -1 and 1. -1 will remove details, and 1 will add details.)
{% endhint %}
